I can't finish my story. Well I can't finish any of my stories. I don't know if I have what it takes to be a writer. Shouldn't I be able to finish? At least one? I get to a point where I don't know what to do. What is my problem?
That's not talentless, that's just writer's block. It happens to a lot of people. I bet a lot of writers have a bunch of half-finished stories before they finish one.
Dear random person - I don't know you, but I know Annie, and she apparently knows you. Anyway I have two points.
Point A - Please don't think I'm a creeper for reading your blog.
Point B - Perhaps you've read some of Markus Zusak's stuff (The Book Thief, I am the Messenger). If not, you probably have no reason to keep reading. I just wanted to mention I was reading one of his interviews about how he writes, and he makes good points that I took to heart because I often feel the same way you described above. Here's the link if you care.
Hope you don't think I was criticizing your writing or something like that with my comment, cause that's not the case. There's a reason I creepily read your stuff, after all. Just wanted to point out some advice I had benefited from.

Also, if you haven't read the Book Thief.
